Why Small Group Lessons?
More Personal Attention – With only a handful of participants in each class, instructors have the time to give each person individualized instruction and training.
More Economical – Personal Training provides the greatest opportunity for 1 on 1 attention, development and success. However, many members find that the IHSA lessons fit into their budget a bit easier, while still giving them the personal attention they need to reach their goals.
Variety – With lots of different classes offered each semester, there are options to meet the needs of virtually any member. Under the Direction of 4 Time Olympic Coach, Craig Maurizi, you get a varied workout tailored to the needs of the class.
Camaraderie – Without a shadow of a doubt, this is the best component of IHSA! Make friends, and work towards your skating goals alongside others who are working to do the same.
Motivation – Having someone right beside you can enhance the level of your workouts, and when appropriate can offer friendly competition sure to keep everyone moving with a smile on their face.
Support – You’re not alone! Because of the small size of the class, participants and coaches get to know one another and are able to provide the support each person needs. The IHSA gives you the space to ask more questions, be heard, and leave each class confident that you are working towards your goals.
Fun – When you are all in the same boat, you are always guaranteed to have fun and push through together!
Adherence – It’s science! Working out in a group makes it easier to stay accountable, and create lasting habits.
With such a positive environment you are guaranteed to walk away with much more than just another lesson experience.
We can’t wait to help you find your fit and reach your goals!!!!!
